The Department of Health Research (DHR) and Health Technology Assessment in India (HTAIn) resource centre at IIT Delhi organized a 2-day workshop on “Building Evidence-Based Policies: Economic Evaluation and Systematic Review” at Research and Innovation Park, IIT Delhi.

Ms Anu Nagar, Joint Secretary, DHR, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) and Prof. Rangan Banerjee, Director, IIT Delhi inaugurated the workshop and addressed the participants.  Attendees from six IITs across India participated in this hands-on workshop.

Dr Kavitha Rajshekar, Scientist-F, HTAIn-Secretariat, DHR and Prof. Vivekanandan Perumal, Professor, IIT Delhi, the organizers of the workshop held on September 11-12, 2024, reiterated their commitment to help increase awareness about HTAIn among innovators in a subsequent workshop.
