New Delhi: The NIRF Rankings 2024, announced on Monday by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, ranked Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT Delhi) as the second-best institute in the country in the Engineering category.

IIT Delhi is among the top three institutes in the Research category, securing the third position.

IIT Delhi ranks fourth among the country's top five Management institutes.

In the overall category, IIT Delhi has featured among the top five institutes, bagging the 4th position.

Prof. Vivek Buwa, Dean, Planning and Head, Ranking Cell, said, “We are happy that IIT Delhi continues to be one of the top institutions in the country for Engineering, Management and Research. This is a recognition of the high-quality education and research of industrial and societal relevance undertaken by the Institute. I would like to congratulate all the faculty, students and staff on this achievement.”
